Where do we go from here?
Our initiative began in response to the events of 2020. Since then, we have grown to facilitate not only temporary storefront murals but permanent change and community engagement through the power of public art.
Current Project
Outdoor Gallery
San Diego, California
A collaboration with Nomad Donuts in North Park, San Diego, CA, this engaging mural wall will serve as an outdoor gallery with rotating artworks by a diverse group of artists, beginning with Josue Baltezar, Kenda Francis, Mary Jhun, and Jon Pucci. Each piece shares a hopeful message about unity and justice.
You can donate for future iterations here and check out the details of our inaugural event here. As this project continues we’ll memorialize each rotation on our blog along with statements from all the artists!
Current Project
Chicago Architecture Biennial 2021
Chicago, Illinois
Follow us as we collaborate with Chicago Architecture Biennial on the 2021 Edition, The Available City. Our project will reinvigorate a vacant site in North Lawndale while also providing a second life for the original murals that were commissioned around Chicago during the summer of 2020.
